Dan Sanchez grows Sangiovese with great care and dedication near the summit of Hood Mountain, 2,600 feet above the Sonoma Valley floor. This terraced vineyard produces Sangiovese with ripe strawberry flavors, structure, and depth that only mountain vineyards produce. Dan farms without the use of pesticides or herbicides. We aged the 2016 Sangiovese for 39 months in French and American oak barrels. This wine is the perfect pairing with Italian fare.
