Winemaking is a combination of art, science, cooking, and chemistry. It is about the quality of the ingredients, the interplay of flavors and textures, and technique. Our Merlot Cuvee is all of this in a glass. Six of our favorite vineyards supplied the grapes. Our winemaking focused on the individuality of each source. The blend married them into a harmonious, full-flavored sensation. Each element plays on the other; nothing’s out of place; every sip is memorable.
