Winemaking is a combination of art, science, cooking, and chemistry. It is about the quality of the ingredients, the interplay of flavors and textures, and technique. The 2014 Merlot Cuvee is all of this in a glass. Six of our favorite vineyards supplied the grapes. Our winemaking focused on the individuality of each source. The blend married them into a harmonious, full-flavored taste sensation.
