We’ve been making Sauvignon Blanc from Jon Peterson’s Vineyard in Kenwood for over 30 years. They are the most flavorful grapes you can imagine. Our goal is to capture this flavor in the glass. We cold ferment the juice slowly in tanks to retain its freshness and tropical fruit flavors of pineapple and mango. The 2018 Sauvignon Blanc is dry, blossoms with remarkable aromatics, and has a lingering finish.
